I’m writing to you to inform you of a truly remarkable experience I had yesterday at Orleans Toyota service center. I came in for a standard 80k service on my 2006 Toyota Matrix. When I was informed of some more serious safety issues that needed to be repaired in my calipers, rotors, and brakes, and an oil leak, I was saddened by the amount I would have to pay unexpectedly- somewhere in the sum of $1000. I currently finance the vehicle thru a Toyota dealership in Burlington VT where I had also purchased an extended warranty ,built into my monthly payments. Needless to say, I was not sure exactly what the warranty would cover.Kathie Bresnahan was the service advisor working with me. Unbeknownst to me, she persisted with phone calls after phone calls to reconcile my warranty coverage on all the services my car needed. In the several hours it took her, she managed to reconcile a substantial amount(more than half!!) of actual coverage on my vehicle that I would never have even known how to do or where to start. Her commitment to my case made it easy for me to walk away with a safer car, and to be covered financially where I wasn’t even sure it was possible. She is truly an employee worthy of recognition and honor. I am so grateful for her service, and her compassion for me as a client. This service center and experience make me even more proud to be part of the Toyota family! I cannot thank her enough.

I gave an awesome rating to my experience at Orleans Toyota because the service was just that. I made phone contact initially with Ken Robinson and he went to work to find me the truck that I wanted. He called back to tell me he had the truck that I wanted and the next day I met him and we transacted the deal, I was done, and enjoying my new truck one hour later. I thank Ken for his honest salesmanship and his follow up after my purchase. Kudos to Irene for making a mountain of paperwork seem like a mole hill.

I am emailing you to thank Dave and your staff from the bottom of my heart for all the help/work you guys provided me with. I came in a couple weeks ago with what I thought was a simple muffler problem. It turned out to be a very expensive exhaust problem and my warranty has expired. Joanna Golden was helping me out that day. Needless to say, I was concerned about the cost. I am so thankful for hers and your assistance with having Toyota cover pretty much all of the cost of parts and service. I have just purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and would very much like to share this. I am giving this rating to Orlean’s Toyota because of all the car dealers that I have dealt with in the pass 2 months, this is the only one that put me first. They were not pushy or aggressive. The salesman was more than helpful to get me what I wanted, and was asking what he could do to make it worth my while. I never expected such a great experience from a car dealer. The others, were either way too pushy, or didn’t care at all. I am very pleased with my whole experience with Orlean’s Toyota. They really took care of everything for me, giving me the price I wanted, to taking care of my old plates, everything. I will tell everyone of my great experience with them. I honestly couldn’t be happier. A BIG THANKS Orlean’s Toyota, you have my vote.

On 10/28 I took my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner in due to a problem with my right front wheel that occurred on my drive from Pennsylvania on the 27th. Ms. Ripa was very helpful, arranging a rental, and throughout the repair process, kept me informed. Due to her diligence, I was able to enjoy my vacation to the fullest. The service tech explained the needed repairs and checked my vehicle completely. Their dedication to their profession made a “bummer” situation (car trouble) into a very satisfying experience. Having worked as sales manager at Weston Nurseries for many years, I appreciate how challenging it can be to provide quality ‘service with a smile’. I own a 2006 Tacoma that I purchased from Orleans Toyota. After almost 200,000 miles, I was surprised that Toyota actually took the truck apart and replaced the frame. I was also very fortunate to have had Joanna Golden assist me throughout the process. She addressed all my questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner and is an outstanding representative of your company.
In addition to my truck, my wife drives a 2007 Camry hybrid with 200,000 miles. While we’d love to have both vehicles see another 50,000 miles, they will most certainly be replaced with Toyota vehicles when the time comes. I just drove my brand new 2014 Tacoma home. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I owned two Ford Rangers before this and now I know what people were talking about when I asked them about their Tacoma. However, what makes this really great was my experience at Orleans Toyota. Jim Renehan was the salesman I dealt with. I have purchased many vehicles over the years from many dealerships but I have never been treated so courteously and professionally. There was absolutely NO pressure and he worked like mad to get me what I wanted. Everybody was so helpful and friendly with no pressure.. I would highly recommend doing business with them. I went back to Orleans Toyota when the lease on my current 2011 RAV4 LE was due to expire. My experience has been very positive. So I wanted to deal with them again. Gary is somewhat new to the staff, but was very helpful and easy to deal with. I have been researching car prices and reviews for about a month and felt that the deal I received on my RAV4 XLE was more than fair. In fact, I was going to settle for a LE model, but they gave me a great deal on the XLE. In the three years that I have dealt with their service department, they were flawless and easy to work with. I have been purchasing cars at dealerships for over 40 years and Orleans Toyota is by far the best. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends in the area.

I’ve been so pleased with Scott Addison’s knowledge of the product, his patience and willingness to answer my many questions as to how things worked eg, radio, navigation system. Things that worked differently from my previous Prius. No matter how many times I came, Scott was readily available to help. I have been nothing but pleased about my dealing with Scott, the service dept., the cleanliness and attractiveness of the dealership and the mgt. of Orleans Toyota. Too bad my previous dealership, Kendall Toyota isn’t as neat, clean and comfortable.

I live in Philadelphia, PA but was in Truro last week on vacation. On Thursday, my 2007 Lexus RX350’s engine and VSC lights went on. I talked with my Philadelphia area dealer and they suggested I take it to a Lexus or Toyota dealer near where I was – that it could be as minor as the gas cap (but I had used ½ a tank since filling up) or something more serious. I had a 420 mile drive, by myself, for Saturday when our rental was up.I called Orleans Toyota and spoke with Kathie in the service department. She told me that the first scheduled appointment was for the following Monday. I explained my predicament and she said if I brought the car in and left it, she would see if one of the technicians could look at it on Friday. Before 9 a.m. Friday I got a call from her to say that a technician who comes in early in the morning had checked it and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Of course I authorized the work and it was done by noon. Throughout the phone calls and when I was there she was extremely pleasant and really made me feel she cared about fixing this problem for me. And she did! I also want to thank the technician, whose name I don’t know, who got to it so promptly. Between them they helped me avoid what could have been a really unhappy end of my vacation. Instead of scurrying around to find a place to stay over the weekend so the car could be checked and repaired Monday, I spent the time cooking steamers and watching the sunset.
